What started as a classroom role soon evolved into a leadership journey. Within a year, I was promoted as a Coordinator, and just six months later, I was entrusted with leading a newly established branch of the institution as its Branch Head.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Over the next fifteen years, I had the privilege of managing the branch across multiple dimensions, including academics, operations, admissions, faculty development, parent engagement, and institutional growth. This long tenure helped me build strong leadership capabilities while reinforcing the importance of creating a nurturing, student-centric learning environment supported by motivated educators and collaborative parents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned into the higher education sector, where I worked in a corporate educational environment for nearly five years. This phase of my career broadened my perspective beyond school education, exposing me to strategic planning, organizational leadership, business operations, and large-scale educational management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Following my marriage, I relocated to Gurugram, where I was fortunate to join <strong>Presidium School, Sector 40<\/strong> as the Head of School.
