How UniApply works?

Create a new account using the ‘Sign Up’ button or ‘Sign in’ if you already have an account.
UniApply comes readily integrated with a secured Payment Gateway for you to make real-time payments to schools. You will receive your Unique Application Number with the Payment Receipt on your registered email address for all the schools, once you’re done.
Pro-Tip: Take note of the Application Number for further communications.
Submit the Common Application Form
Enter all details as asked for in the Common Application Form. Upload documents wherever necessary. Once you’ve filled the form, review it thoroughly and submit so that the schools can access it in their UniApply School Panel.
You will be able to Apply to Multiple Schools with the same form that you’ve filled in earlier. Simply select other schools, review the details, and submit to watch the magic happen!
Track your Admission status
Using the powerful Parent Dashboard, you could keep track of all your applications and it’s status in a single view. You would be updated with your Admission status on the registered Email and Phone Number. You can download/print the application form and payment receipt from here as well.

After you hit ‘Submit’ on the application form, school staff will have access to your details on their UniApply panel.
You will be notified over email/SMS as soon as any update is made by them in your application.
You can track the application statuses on your dashboard and download the application forms and payment receipts, if needed.

You can apply to as many schools of your choice using the Common Application Form without the sweat-work. Do take note that each child will have their own Common Form. In case you’re looking for schools for their siblings, simply add and fill in the form once so you could start applying seamlessly.
✅ Will my Application be submitted online?
UniApply and it’s Common Application Form works in real-time. What it means is that when you submit application, it is sent to the school in real-time for them to access it and take it further. You will receive your Unique Application Number with the Payment Receipt on your registered email address once you make the payment.
✅ I have applied using UniApply, how will I know if the school has received it or not?
Schools get access to your application details immediately upon submission of the application form. Any status update in your application will be shared on your registered Email/Phone Number and updated on the dashboard.
✅ Do I need to submit the printout of the form to the school?
No, you can just keep this for your records, if you wish to. No submission is required after this. To download/print the application form you can access your Dashboard.
✅ Do I need to submit photographs or documents to the school?
No, not at this stage. When the schools call you for admission, you need to carry these documents in original to the school to match the data that you have submitted.
