Established in 2007, OPG World School is promoted by the Chandra Education and Welfare Society. The school works under the guidance of Mr. Shomie Das and wants to offer global-level education to its students. It is a co-education institution and offers education to the students of classes Nursery to 12th. The curriculum of the school is designed according to the guidelines set by CBSE that are broad and balanced. Spread over an area of 2 acres, the premises of the school is safe and encourages students to learn new things. The student-teacher ratio of the school is 15:1 and students can easily understand the topics in a better way. The school focuses a lot on the safety of the students and it has some committees to ensure it. It has a Child Protection policy, an Anti-Bullying committee, an Anti-Smoking committee, and a Discipline committee and it also follows the guidelines of POCSO.
