Sqdn. Ldr. A.S.Mann laid the basic idea of the school chain with an aim of providing holistic development to the students. Lancers Convent School is a venture of the Lancer’s Group of Schools and was established in 1988. The school firmly believes in its motto ‘Spread the light of knowledge and wants to educate as many students as possible. Its curriculum is designed according to the guidelines of CBSE and offers education from classes Nursery to XII. It has a disabled-friendly campus spread across an area of 4 acres and has a state-of-art infrastructure. Besides world-class - rooms and labs, the school has aesthetically designed sports grounds, a tennis court, a basketball court, residential facilities for students, academic resources, a cafeteria, and many more facilities. It is a co-education school with a student-teacher ratio of 32:1 that helps students in understanding the classroom concepts a little better.

Sports is a really important way of personality development and the school encourages its students to take part in different sports like  Athletics, Basketball, Football, Skating, Table Tennis and Volleyball on levels like Cluster, Zonal, Inter-Zonal, and even National Championships.
